Sign-Up Deadline is December 4th 

Begins- 

Cost- $300.00 Teams registered BEFORE the deadline pay $220.00!!!

ALL ENTRY FEES MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF REGISTRATION

• 8 Weeks + 1 Week Single Elimination Playoffs
• Team consist of 4 players including goalie on the court, with up to 8 on the roster
• Must be 21 years of age to play
• Practice ice available by reservation! Call 763-478-6070 to reserve
• Coed and Men's Leagues
• Helmets required
• Teams must provide stick and helmets
