SIGN-UP BY: June 7th (first come first serve basis)

6 Weeks: 110.00

ALL ENTRY FEES MUST BE PAID WITH REGISTRATION!

Must be at Least 21 Years Old to Participate   

Mondays:  Bar & Restaurant (Recreation Level)

Tuesday:  Coed Intermediate

Wednesday: Coed Beginners

Thursday:  Coed Advanced

Friday:  Open Play

Sign-up by 29th- $20.00

After deadline- $25.00

Must have 15 players signed up by the

29th or it will be canceled

If the tournament is canceled as of the 29th

registered players will get refunded
